Empower Culture & Youth Association Inc. is a community-led organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering children, young people, and families through inclusive programs that strengthen wellbeing, leadership, creativity, and community connection.
We are passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and culturally inclusive spaces where young people from diverse backgrounds can connect, learn, grow, and feel a strong sense of belonging.
Our organisation was founded on the belief that culture, identity, and positive community engagement play an important role in building stronger futures for young people and families. Through meaningful programs and activities, we aim to inspire confidence, encourage participation, and create opportunities that support personal growth and positive pathways.
We work closely with multicultural communities to deliver youth development initiatives, mentoring, educational support, arts and cultural programs, family wellbeing activities, and community events that bring people together and strengthen social connection.
As we continue to grow, our vision is to establish a community hub that offers weekly youth activities, multicultural playgroups, family support programs, creative workshops, leadership initiatives, and safe spaces where young people can thrive together.

What We Do
Youth Development Programs
We provide engaging youth programs that encourage leadership, confidence, resilience, life skills, creativity, and positive personal development for children and young people aged 5 to 17.
Mentoring & Educational Support
Our organisation supports young people through mentoring, guidance, educational support, and positive role modelling that helps them build confidence and achieve their goals.
Arts, Music & Creative Programs
We deliver arts, music, cultural, and creative activities that encourage self-expression, talent development, cultural pride, and community participation.
Community Events & Activities
We organise community events, workshops, sports activities, cultural celebrations, and wellbeing programs that bring families and communities together through positive shared experiences.
Multicultural Toy Library & Playgroups
We aim to establish multicultural playgroups, family programs, and a community toy library that supports early learning, social connection, inclusion, and family engagement.
Family Wellbeing & Support
We provide family wellbeing programs, parenting support, referrals to community services, and safe spaces where families can access support and feel connected within their community.
Recreation, Sports & Wellbeing
We encourage healthy lifestyles and positive youth engagement through recreational activities, sports programs, wellbeing initiatives, and constructive community participation.
Community Hubs & Safe Spaces
Our goal is to grow into a trusted community hub where young people and families can connect, participate in weekly activities, build friendships, develop skills, and access ongoing support in a safe and welcoming environment.

Why We Exist
Many children, young people, and families from multicultural communities face challenges such as social isolation, limited opportunities, cultural barriers, lack of support services, and negative influences within the community.
Empower Culture & Youth Association Inc. exists to create positive opportunities, safe spaces, and supportive programs that encourage young people to engage in meaningful activities, develop important life skills, and build stronger connections within their communities.

Empower Culture & Youth Association acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, live, and gather.
